At Heart & Co., each piece is thoughtfully made to order and prepared with intention and care.

Because our items are made to order, please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or holidays.

During launches or high-volume periods, production times may be slightly longer than stated above.
