We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or general wear. We encourage you to review sizing details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@heartnco.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

We will gladly review your request and, if approved, make it right.
